These services are available for either start up or existing businesses in various different business progressions:

            Business Plans – For start up and existing businesses, for either creating or expanding infrastructure.

            Projected Financials – For start up, this information is based on market research.  For expanded businesses, existing financial statements along with projected consumer trends for new financial data.

            Market Analysis – Based on consumer industry, geographic location, widespread area of influence, infrastructure scaling ease and projected trends.

            Roll out analysis – Projected consumer groups, communication styles and marketing analysis for a new product and/or new company roll out.  Infrastructure scaling is vital in this area.

            Limited fund campaigning – Seeking investor funds, banking funds, VC and/or angel investor funds is primarily up to the business owner.  While minor recommendations and contacts may be lent, fund seeking is not a service included.

            Web site road maps – In general, either mapping out web site creation or web site changes.

            Web site development – Based on customer classifications

            Organizational Charts – Role-based organizational infrastructure based on simple structural roles fulfilled, regardless of billets, titles, skill sets and/or education.  See Sample Organizational Chart.

            Operating Manuals and Procedures – In the creation or expansion of infrastructure of the business, including job descriptions supporting organizational chart, and flow of communication from start to finish of a sale of product or service. 

            Infrastructure Analysis – Based on roles fulfilled in company, analyze the potential weak areas and areas needing of additional training; this is especially needed with a marketing strategy for ensuring the additional workload can be supported.

            Communication Training – Designed to improve streamlining inter-office operations and understanding of other colleague’s interaction.

            Sales Training – Closely aligns with communication training, but applied to a customer and product knowledge.

            Product Roll Out – An intense marketing strategy to parallel a product introduction; the product roll out accomplished in many different manners (prototype group, geographic area or sampling area) which depends on the type of product and the infrastructure supporting.

            Location Expansion – A company opening an additional office remotely needs to first ensure the original parent office has a sound, supporting and infrastructure office flow able for copying in the remote office.

            Long Term Business Strategies – Based on the mission statement of the company, strategic objectives and short term goals on the overall long term goal for the company. 

            Business Practices Involvement – There are a great many efficiencies gained by having a third-party analysis look at a business objectively; many outside influences and involvements can improve or hinder a business; gaining a role-based structure and verifying communications in a business is designed for better business practices ultimately resulting in a better product and/or service for the client.

            Target Market Analysis – Prior to a marketing strategy, a market analysis on the projected target market must be completed; the entire strategy is based on the needs and solutions desired for the target market; may involve specific statistics and/or simple market demand depending on the product or service offered.

            Performance Measures – With great growth comes benchmarks verifying progress; tracking by day, week, month, year and/or products based on the incoming leads versus closed sales, among many other variations and ratios.  See Performance Measures Sample.
